HOST A HANDS OF FREEDOM EVENT
Gather a group of friends and join together for a modern day "quilting bee" to support women escaping human trafficking. Connect with each other while doing easy tasks that help prepare jewelry (made by these women) for sale. Ideally, this is a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly gathering. However, you can organize it around your schedule and do it as often as you like. It typically involves five to eight friends around a kitchen table or a larger group of people such as a club, team, or organization. Activities may include: jewelry tagging, jewelry bagging, quality control checking, gift box assembly, etc. We will coordinate pick up and drop off of materials and supplies so you can hold the Hands of Freedom event wherever is most convenient.
